Energy Doesn’t Lie—People Do

Energy is present whether you recognize it or not. The problem? Most people are blind to the energy they carry because they mistake conditioning for truth.

You may not see yourself as manipulative, but if you were raised by a manipulator, you still carry that frequency. You attract manipulation not because you are a manipulator but because your energy is familiar with it.

Until you have moved in a certain energy, you won’t recognize it for what it is. You might even reject it—convinced that because you despise something, it could never live in you.

This is why people do energy healing and cleansing—because we carry energies we are unaware of, simply by being conditioned in environments where they were present.

Why You Can’t Trust Your Feelings

The same goes for love, peace, and joy. Most people have only experienced counterfeit versions of these things because they’ve only known what was passed down to them. True love, real peace, and divine joy carry a different frequency than the surface-level versions people accept as normal.

This is why Jesus took on the sins of the world—not just to carry them but to feel them. He was born without sin, but to understand the human condition fully, he had to experience the weight of sin.

Only then could he say, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."

Because that’s the reality: people don’t know.

Until you’ve felt truth, you don’t know truth.

And this is exactly why trusting your feelings is not the same as reading energy.

The Illusion of “Gut Feelings”

Your feelings are based on conditioning.

If you were raised in a chaotic, manipulative, or dysfunctional environment, what feels normal to you might not actually be love, safety, or truth—it might just be familiarity.

People mistake what they’ve always known for what is real.

They call it intuition, but often, it’s just programming.

Energy, however, doesn’t operate on conditioning. It just is.

🔔 Life Lesson: This is exactly why we shouldn’t judge—only God can. Actions may look one way, but unless you have intimate knowledge of a person’s heart and energy, you don’t truly know what’s beneath the surface. This is the real meaning of “don’t judge a book by its cover” and “judge a man by the content of his character, not the color of his skin.” Seeing beyond the surface is the key to truth.

The Key to Seeing the Truth

The way out of deception isn’t more logic or more walls—it’s empathy.

Not just in the way most people think of it, but in the true sense—becoming the energy of a thing to understand it. Feeling without attachment. Recognizing a frequency, even if you’ve never personally experienced the circumstances that produce it.

This is why you don’t need to have had a sister to understand sisterhood. You don’t need to have been abandoned to feel the energy of abandonment. You just need to be able to recognize the truth of the energy, without your own conditioning distorting it.

That’s why confidence and arrogance look the same but feel completely different. That’s why love and attachment seem alike but vibrate on different frequencies.

Because at the end of the day, energy doesn’t lie. People do.
